Only garments that are in good condition, unused (free of stains, odors, snags, tears, among others) and with the labels on will be exchanged, within a period of 10 days after the date of obtaining the product in hand.
If you bought your products with promotional prices, the price you paid will be taken, in the event that the garment has exchange.
The exchange of the garment for another is carried out only within 10 days from obtaining your purchase. Once the product arrives and once the condition of the garment has been checked, the change to be made will be agreed upon.
All shipments for changes are always the responsibility of the customer! The return of the product can be made both in Argentina and in the rest of the world.
Remember that all products have their approximate size specified, with measurements and description. Furthermore, we are here to clear up all your doubts before processing the purchase if necessary and thus avoid the process of making changes… your query never bothers!
